Yasser is a senior HR leader with over 25 years of experience in the maritime and container terminal sectors. He combines deep operational knowledge with expertise in human capital strategy, having held key roles at APM Terminals and Maersk.
Elsiefy brings over 20 years of experience in commercial operations, leadership, and process excellence across Egypt and the GCC. He has held key roles in leading organizations, including Vodafone, where he developed commercial strategies, marketing plans, and operational frameworks.
Salwa is an Operational Excellence leader with 16+ years of experience across container terminal operations, process excellence, and business transformation. Formerly with APM Terminals and Suez Canal Container Terminal, she led Lean transformation, ERP implementation, and standardization initiatives. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she specializes in operational excellence, process optimization, digital transformation, continuous improvement, and organizational change management.
Hazem is a Strategy & Economics Associate at PROBOX, supporting advisory, business development, and client delivery across port and logistics projects in the MEA region. He works on market research, feasibility studies, and proposals, translating complex information into clear, decision-ready insights while ensuring alignment across projects.
